Supply Chain Manager
The role is responsible for leading a team of Order Management Specialists supporting, ensuring seamless end-to-end order fulfillment from order booking through delivery. This position drives operational excellence, customer satisfaction, process compliance, and continuous improvement while partnering with cross-functional stakeholders across Supply Chain, Planning, Logistics, Sales, and Factories.
Your role
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Order Management Specialists responsible for DX International , India and RCA markets.
- Ensure efficient end-to-end order management execution, from order entry and order book management through delivery and issue resolution.
- Monitor operational KPIs, identify performance gaps, and drive corrective actions to improve service levels, productivity, and customer experience.
- Manage escalations related to order fulfillment, supply and delivery delays, and customer commitments.
- Build strong partnerships with key stakeholders including Sales, Planning, Logistics, Factories, Distributors , and other Supply Chain functions.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to simplify processes, increase efficiency, and enhance visibility across the order fulfillment process.
- Support business continuity through resource planning, capability development, cross-training, and workload balancing.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, operational standards, quality requirements, and governance processes.
- Leverage data and reporting to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, engagement, and continuous learning within the team.
You're the right fit if
- Master 's degree in Supply Chain Management , Business Administration, Logistics, Operations, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Order Management, Customer Operations, Logistics, Planning, or related operational functions.
- 3+ years of people leadership experience, including coaching, performance management, and team development.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes and order fulfillment operations.
- Experience in DX operations would be a strong asset.
- Experience managing operational KPIs, driving process improvements, and leading cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to manage complex operational challenges and escalations.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills across multiple organizational levels.
- Experience working in a global and matrix organization.
- Proficiency in ERP and operational systems (e.g., SAP) and data analysis tools.
Compensation&Benefits
Doing meaningful work should come with fair, transparent rewards. The base annual salary range for this role is PLN 138,020 –PLN 228,660 . We determine pay within the range using objective factors, like the skills the role requires, your relevant experience and the responsibility you'll have in this role, alongside internal equity and local market considerations. This role is eligible for 10% short term incentive with your rewards linked to both individual performance and company results.
