Eliot is seeking a dynamic Clinical Supervisor to join our Community Behavioral Health Center (CBHC). Eliot’s innovative Community Behavioral Health Center (CBHC) program serves as a single entry point for mental health and substance use services for youth, families and adults.
As a Clinical Supervisor, you will coordinate and oversee staff serving adults in facility and community settings. Supervision will entail side-by-side interventions, encouraging evidence-based treatment and support.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical guidance and supervision to staff, both in-office and in the field, ensuring culturally competent, strength-based interventions
- Ensure the individual is at the center of care, with interventions tailored to their preferences and goals
- Complete assessments, crisis plans, and coordinate admissions.
- Supervise staff delivering side-by-side interventions focused on problem-solving, skills training, and encouraging positive behaviors
- Oversee ongoing assessment of symptoms, responses to interventions, and ensure all treatment plans are completed and involve the individual in their planning process
Qualifications
- Requires a Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology or related field
- Hold a clinical license from Massachusetts (i.e.: LMHC, LICSW, LMFT etc.)
- Experience working with adults with severe mental illness
Valid Massachusetts Drivers License
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm
