A Paralegal partners closely with Michels Corporation's in-house real estate attorneys to provide comprehensive legal and administrative support for a wide range of real estate matters and operations. This role plays a key part in supporting the acquisition, development, management, and protection of real estate interests that are critical to Michels. Success in this role requires strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of management. Maintaining strict confidentiality and consistently demonstrating a professional presence are essential.

Responsibilities
Support Michels Corporation's in-house real estate attorneys with administrative matters related to real estate activities
Assist with day-to-day management and maintaining internal databases
Perform research on, implement, and maintain department policies and procedures
Provide administrative support to department: schedule meetings, process mail, assist with correspondence, make copies, maintain standard department materials, and manage distribution
Assist with the preparation, review, organization, and maintenance of real estate documents, agreements, and transaction files
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience, or an equivalent combination
- Intermediate knowledge of law
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite and DocuSign
- Previous experience with Real Estate or Transactional Law (highly desired)
- ABA-approved paralegal certificate (desired)
