About The Role
About Nebius
Nebius is leading a new era in cloud infrastructure for the global AI economy. We are building a full-stack AI cloud platform that supports developers and enterprises from data and model training through to production deployment, without the cost and complexity of building large in-house AI/ML infrastructure.
Built by engineers, for engineers. From large-scale GPU orchestration to inference optimization, we own the hard problems across compute, storage, networking and applied AI.
Listed on Nasdaq (NBIS) and headquartered in Amsterdam, we have a global footprint with R&D hubs across Europe, the UK, North America and Israel. Our team of 1,500+ includes hundreds of engineers with deep expertise across hardware, software and AI R&D.The roleYou will be the connective tissue across a broad, global, and fast-moving partner portfolio — NVIDIA,Channel, ISV / Tech Ecosystem, Partner Field Sales, and System Integrators — spanning AMER, EMEA, andAPJ, and across the functions that serve it: partner marketing, partner enablement, and partner operations.Your job is to see the whole board across regions and segments, keep the highest-priority initiatives moving, and turn a set of parallel programs into one coherent, well-run <motion. You>’ll be a trusted right hand to partner leadership — extending their reach so the strategy and relationshipsthey own translate into smooth, well-run execution across a global, multi-segment portfolio. You leadthrough influence, not authority, and bring a calm, organized presence to a fast-moving environment. Inpractice, that means you:
Help turn ambitious goals into clear operating plans — aligning stakeholders and moving criticalinitiatives from concept to execution.
Think several steps ahead, anticipating what’s coming and getting ahead of it.
Keep things moving when partner leadership’s attention is elsewhere, acting as a proxy on their behalfto carry forward decisions they’ve already framed.
Work through the teams that own the work — partner marketing, enablement, and operations —rather than around them.
You’re welcome to work remotely from the United States.
What you’ll own
Orchestrate the portfolio. Hold the full picture across partners, programs, and regions (AMER, EMEA,APJ). Connect threads that live in different teams and time zones, surface dependencies and conflictsearly, and keep the initiatives that matter most moving from idea to done — with clear owners, timelines, and accountability.
See the whole system and remove friction. Get a real feel for how the entire organization runs day today — not just the programs, but the everyday — and sharpen how it operates on partner leadership’sbehalf. Embed durable process: replace the recurring bottlenecks, ad-hoc scrambles, and mundanemanual motions that slow us down with repeatable, well-designed systems that hold up as we <scale.Drive> cross-functional execution. Work across partner marketing, partner enablement, and partneroperations, and with the regional partner field teams, to align priorities and remove blockers. You’ll bethe person who makes sure the right people are in the room and the work actually ships.
Turn data into decisions. Work hand in hand with the partner operations team — who own the dataand rpporting — to shape the metrics that matter and turn them into clear, actionablerecommendations for partner leadership. You help the numbers tell a story; you don’t need to build thereporting pipeline yourself.
Build the narrative and the materials. Turn complex, multi-partner activity into clear stories, decks, andbriefings — and build the presentations yourself for senior leadership, partners, QBRs, and internalstakeholders. Present them when needed.
Run the operating rhythm. Own the cadence that keeps the portfolio healthy: annual and quarterlyplanning, OKR-setting and tracking, QBRs and partner reviews, programs, partner events, priorityreviews, and follow-through on decisions and commitments.
Own special projects. Take on high-priority, cross-functional initiatives that don’t fit neatly into any oneteam — the ambiguous, zero-to-one problems — and drive them to a clear result.
Help the team scale. As the partner organization grows, build the internal infrastructure that scaleswith it, and support hiring and onboarding so new team members ramp fast and the bar stays high.
Protect time and focus. Be ruthless about prioritization on partner leadership’s behalf — help decidewhat’s worth showing up for and when, triage the inbound, and keep attention on the highest-leveragework rather than the loudest.
Make the business AI-native. Use AI tools daily to move faster — research, analysis, drafting, synthesis— and help the wider team do the same. Go further where it counts: design and build AI agents andautomations that run recurring operational workflows, so the organization scales without piling onmanual overhead.
What you’ll bringWe care more about judgment and trajectory than a specific title or number of years. You likely bring severalyears across strategy, programs, operations, consulting, or BizOps — but we are hiring for how you think andoperate, not for a checklist of past deliverables.
Must-haves
Proven ability to piece together multiple workstreams and keep complex, cross-functional initiativesmoving to completion.
Comfort operating across functions and influencing senior stakeholders without direct authority.
Strong business judgment — you can look at a problem from marketing, enablement, operations, andsales angles and know where to focus.
Data-driven by instinct — fluent turning messy inputs into clear metrics, models, and recommendations.
Process- and systems-minded — you see how an organization actually runs, spot the recurring friction, and build durable process that removes it rather than working around it.
Thinks many steps ahead — anticipates dependencies, risks, and what leadership will need before beingasked, and gets ahead of it.
Trusted to carry initiatives forward on partner leadership’s behalf — a steady operator who keepsthings moving when their attention is elsewhere.
Comfortable coordinating across regions and time zones (AMER, EMEA, APJ).Executive presence — you build and deliver a sharp narrative to leadership and partners, and staysteady under uncertainty and incomplete information.
Genuine AI fluency — you already use AI tools in your own workflow and help others adopt them;ideally you can design automations and build agents that take recurring operational work off the team’splate.
Clear writing — you distill complex technical or organizational topics into concise, decision-readydocuments.
Hungry and high-learning-velocity — eager to grow into a fast-moving space and take on more as theportfolio scales.
