About The Role
As an Ad Operations Manager, you will be responsible for planning and optimizing on regional digital advertising campaigns across multi-channel platforms. Leveraging performance experience, you will oversee tracking accuracy, mitigate technical risks, and utilize data insights to drive campaign performance and meet client KPIs.
What You Will Do
Based in Ha Noi & work closely with the internal Account Strategy team to understand the clients’ online advertising campaigns’ objectives, support for regional markets.
Responsible for campaign set-up, optimization, reporting and ensure that the campaigns deliver and meet the KPIs across digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Tiktok, LINE Ad, DV360, LinkedIn...)
Monitor ad performance and proactively identify potential risks or issues that may impact campaign delivery or success.
Troubleshoot technical discrepancies and ad delivery errors promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to ongoing campaigns.
Analyze data and prepare insightful reports
Evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns in order to inform future campaigns
Check if campaign pixels are implemented correctly on client websites & if conversions are correctly tracked.
Continuously stay updated on industry trends, ad platform updates, and evolving risks, adapting strategies accordingly to enhance operational stability.
Lead team of 1-3 members, ensuring the team's performance and provide guidance and training for members.
Who You Are
- A Bachelor’s degree from a university
- 5+ years of working experience as Ad Operations, with at least 1 year experience as a Team lead/Manager
- Experience in managing regional online advertising campaigns in ad platforms and perform complicated campaign analysis
- Good command of English and Vietnamese.
- Good knowledge in display, video, social and search advertising (SEM, Display network, Video network, Facebook, Tag management, etc)
- Knowledge in Analytics tools (Google Analytics) & Measurement Tools (Campaign Manager, Sizmek, Appsflyer) would be a plus
- Detailed-oriented, well organized with a good sense of responsibility
- Proactive and willing to learn
- Ability to work well under pressure, managing multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently while prioritizing safety and reliability.
- Excellent teamwork and ability to adapt
- Possess logical reasoning skills with numerical ability
