As we scale rapidly, we seek a Head of Sales for the Asia Pacific region, an exceptional leader who can drive 3.5x revenue growth and a 5x expansion of our client base while ensuring strategic diversification of our client segments. This role has the potential to evolve into a global leadership position.

Job Description

As Head of Sales, APAC, you will build, lead, and scale a high-performing sales organization across multiple markets. You will be responsible for revenue growth, market expansion, and client segment diversification, ensuring Finmo becomes the preferred payments and treasury platform for Mid-Market Enterprises (MMEs), Default Global Companies, and B2B businesses.

Your key focus areas include

  • ✔ Driving aggressive revenue growth while ensuring long-term customer value.
  • ✔ Scaling and mentoring the sales team to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • ✔ Expanding Finmo’s presence across Financial Services, B2B eCommerce, Gig Economy, and Digital Goods.
  • ✔ Optimizing sales strategies for both domestic and cross-border payments and treasury management functions.
  • ✔ Managing P&L to maximize profitability and ROI.
  • ✔ Partnering with product and marketing teams to refine Finmo’s value proposition.
  • ✔ Building strategic relationships with key partners and enterprises.

Qualifications

  • ✅ Proven leadership: Experience in building, scaling, and managing high-performing sales teams across multiple markets.
  • ✅ Strong track record: Demonstrated success in exceeding revenue and growth targets in fintech, payments, SaaS, or B2B enterprise sales.
  • ✅ P&L ownership: Ability to own and manage P&L to drive sustainable profitability.
  • ✅ Strategic expansion mindset: Experience in new market penetration and strategic client acquisition.
  • ✅ Payments & treasury expertise: Understanding of real-time payments, cash management, liquidity optimization, and FX solutions.
  • ✅ Deep APAC market knowledge: Strong network and understanding of regional payment ecosystems, financial regulations, and key decision-makers.
