Role: Commercial Insurance Premium Auditor

Compensation: Competitive Basic Salary

• Bonus: 5,000 Perfect Attendance
• Benefits: HMO plus 2 Free Dependents, P1,500 Rice Allowance, Night Differential (If applicable).
• Work Schedule: 5-day work week, Monday to Friday, 10pm to 7am Philippine time

Work Setup: WFO (San Fernando, Pampanga)

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Reviewing premium audit reports for various types of commercial insurance policies.
• Analyzing premium audit reports and communicating your findings through writing.
• Entering updates to policies based on those audit reports, adhering to established guidelines and underwriting instructions.
• Reviewing of information obtained through audit support team, ensuring all records have been submitted.
• Requesting additional information and records from insured to complete the audit, in compliance with state regulations and audit guidelines.
• Maintaining working knowledge of all insurance manuals, premium audits manuals, and related material.
• Inputting a summary of audit information in Premium Audit Tracking System for final Audit Transaction to determine premium adjustment.
• Works across a larger span of geographical territory, understanding state specific rules and guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must have academic and working knowledge of US accounting & GAAP (General accepted accounting principles).
• Must have worked as accountant or as premium auditor for US companies for at least 1+ years. 3+ years experience preferred, but not required.
• Knowledge of General Liability and Workers Compensation is required.
• Must be able to clearly communicate (via email and over the phone) during premium audit process with commercial policyholder & insurance agents.
• Will need to work between 7am CST and 7pm CST with expected work hours of 40 hours per week.
