Key Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Greet customers cheerfully and prepare their orders to their satisfaction, embodying Corrib Oil's commitment to Valuing Customers.
• Menu Knowledge: Demonstrate a full understanding of menu items, accurately explaining them to guests. This requires a willingness to learn quickly.
• Point of Sale: Operate the POS system to process orders and payments with accuracy and accountability.
• Cash Handling: Conduct all Cash-In procedures responsibly, ensuring accuracy in handling money and other resources.
• Food Preparation: Prepare food neatly, on time, and following specific guidelines, maintaining attention to detail to deliver quality every time.
• Inventory Management: Monitor supplies in the sandwich unit and restock items as needed to maintain a smooth workflow.
• Sanitation & Safety: Uphold food handling, safety, and sanitation standards throughout food preparation, service, and cleanup, aligning with our commitment to Driving Sustainability.
• Restaurant Maintenance: Maintain a clean, welcoming environment that reflects the quality standards of Corrib Oil.
