SEC Reporting Manager

Our team provides qualified Accounting and Finance professionals on a temporary and permanent basis across a broad range of industries. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K)
• Draft financial statements and footnote disclosures
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
• Coordinate with auditors and internal stakeholders
• Support technical accounting research and implementation
• Assist with internal controls and reporting processes

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA preferred
• 5+ years of experience in SEC reporting or public accounting
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and SEC regulations
• Experience with financial reporting tools and systems
• Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
