Hybrid Senior Driving Recruitment Consultant

Newstaff Employment is looking for an experienced Senior Driving Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team in Luton. This is a fantastic opportunity for an established 360 recruiter to manage and develop their own driving desk while benefiting from uncapped commission and hybrid working.

Location: Luton (Hybrid Working)

Salary: £27,000 - £31,500 basic + uncapped commission (up to 12%)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday

Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time

Requirements

• Proven 360 recruitment experience within Driving Recruitment
• Strong business development and account management skills
• Experience managing temporary recruitment desks
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Commercially minded with strong negotiation skills
• Full UK driving licence
