Customer Service Executive

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for customers, handling queries, requests, and feedback via phone and email in a timely manner.
• Process and manage sales orders end-to-end, including stock allocation and coordination of delivery arrangements.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and follow-ups.
• Work closely with internal teams (e.g. logistics, operations) to resolve issues and ensure smooth order fulfilment.
• Identify and address customer concerns effectively, escalating complex cases when necessary.
• Gather and analyse customer feedback to support service improvements and enhance customer experience.
• Prepare periodic reports on customer service performance and order activities.
• Support ongoing initiatives to improve processes, service standards, and operational efficiency, including ad-hoc tasks when required.

Requirements

• Diploma in any discipline with at least 2 years of experience in customer service, order processing, or sales support.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric mindset.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (e.g. VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas); experience with SAP is a plus.
• Able to multitask, work independently, and handle issues effectively in a fast-paced environment;
