About the Role
We’re looking for a high-performing Executive Assistant to support our Founder & CEO, Feross Aboukhadijeh. In this role, you’ll be a force multiplier — helping Feross stay focused on scaling a company that’s changing how organizations secure their software supply chains. You’ll play a critical role in keeping priorities moving, clearing roadblocks, and creating the space for Feross to drive the business forward.
This role is remote and requires local residency in San Francisco, CA, with occasional travel as needed.
What You’ll Do
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, managing their calendar, communications, and daily operations
- Coordinate complex scheduling across multiple time zones with internal teams, investors, customers, and partners
- Build trust and strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Arrange domestic and international business travel, including detailed itineraries and travel documentation
- Coordinate board meetings, executive sessions, and all-hands events with complete logistics support
- Track strategic initiatives, manage special projects, and ensure timely follow-up on action items
- Facilitate communication between the CEO and key stakeholders including investors, board members, and executive team
- Assist with occasional personal tasks and logistics to help the CEO stay organized and focused, including coordinating personal appointments, travel, and key communications
- Anticipate needs and proactively remove obstacles to keep high-priority initiatives moving forward
- Support corporate events, conferences, and speaking engagements from conception to execution
What You’ll Bring
- 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, supporting C-suite for at least 2 years in the SaaS/technology industry
- Proven experience with complex calendar management and stakeholder coordination
- Expert proficiency in Google Workspace, Slack, and video conferencing platforms
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the natural ability to roll with the punches
- A go-getter attitude — you spot problems before they happen, make decisions, and take action without waiting to be asked
- Highly organized, insanely resourceful, and always thinking two steps ahead to keep priorities moving
