Head of ITBP

Techconnect.id is seeking an experienced Head of IT Business Partner (ITBP) to bridge business strategy and technology by driving digital transformation initiatives across the organization. In this strategic leadership role, you will partner with business leaders to understand their objectives, translate business needs into technology solutions, and ensure IT initiatives align with organizational priorities. You will oversee the delivery of IT projects and services, manage stakeholder relationships, prioritize technology investments, and collaborate with architecture, infrastructure, application, and cybersecurity teams to deliver scalable and innovative solutions. You will also be responsible for developing IT roadmaps, driving process improvements, managing demand and portfolio planning, and ensuring technology delivers measurable business value. • Develop and execute IT strategies aligned with business goals and corporate priorities.
• Build strong partnerships with business leaders to understand challenges, opportunities, and technology needs.
• Lead the IT Business Partner team in managing demand intake, prioritization, and technology roadmaps.
• Drive digital transformation initiatives, process automation, and innovation across business functions.
• Oversee the delivery of IT projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and business outcomes are achieved.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, Infrastructure, Applications, Data, and Cybersecurity teams to deliver integrated technology solutions.
• Manage IT portfolio planning, investment prioritization, and business case development.
• Monitor service performance and continuously improve user experience and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Identify technology trends and recommend solutions that create competitive advantage.
• Ensure governance, compliance, risk management, and alignment with enterprise standards
• 12–15+ years of experience in IT, Digital, or Technology leadership.
• Proven experience partnering with C-level executives and senior business stakeholders.
• Experience leading enterprise-scale digital transformation and cross-functional technology programs.
• Strong background in project portfolio management, vendor management, and IT governance.
• Experienced in leading cross-functional teams and delivering enterprise-wide transformation.
• Strong communicator who can bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
