We are hiring a motivated Account Executive to help us drive growth and provide first-class support for our SMB customers in the APAC region.

- You will create and maintain a healthy sales pipeline, handle inbound leads in your territory, and conduct proactive outbound prospecting to generate revenue.
Responsibilities
- Create and manage a strategic territory plan to achieve and exceed quota.
- Initiate contact with prospects via telephone, email, LinkedIn, and video meetings.
- Research potential customers and identify relevant prospects for outbound prospecting across various SMB industries.
- Independently run discovery calls, product demos, walkthroughs, and all customer interactions.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasting and pipeline data in our CRM system for effective opportunity management and reporting.
- Drive revenue growth by consistently meeting or exceeding individual and team quotas.
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and ApprovalMax’s evolving products and services.
- Represent the company at industry events (approximately 1-2 times per quarter).
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Requirements
Fully fluent in English, with the right to work and reside in Australia.
Ability and willingness to commute to our CBD office in Brisbane 2 days per week (hybrid model).
Strong oral and written presentation skills, with clarity and conciseness.
Proven ability to manage sales processes involving multiple decision-makers (demonstrated through professional sales, customer success, or relevant experience).
A track record of building and managing pipelines, hitting targets, or matching solutions to customer needs
High levels of drive, motivation, intelligence, EQ, empathy, and problem-solving ability.
Experience selling B2B SaaS solutions or to SMB finance teams is highly valued, but it is not required—we provide thorough onboarding, training on our product, accounts payable/receivable concepts, industry-specific workflows, and proven sales methodologies to set you up for strong performance from day one.
