Trabajar directamente con el liderazgo de S&P, liderazgo de cuentas y clientes para gestionar expectativas y entregables del equipo. Proporcionar liderazgo impactante en un ambiente multifuncional y colaborativo para impulsar beneficios inmediatos y sostenidos a nuestros clientes y JLL. Sueldo Bruto Mensual: $140,000 - $148,000 Modalidad de trabajo: Híbrida Disponibilidad para viajar: Sí (aproximadamente 25% dentro de EE.UU.) ¿Cuál es tu día a día? Supervisar el desarrollo del plan anual de sourcing, gestionarlo activamente con el negocio y ejecutarlo. Identificar riesgos y oportunidades para clientes/stakeholders y recomendar estrategias para lograr objetivos de la empresa. Gestionar el cumplimiento y controles de sourcing, identificando oportunidades de mejora. Reclutar, desarrollar y retener talento de clase mundial en S&P, gestionando de 6 a 10 reportes directos. Establecer y mantener relaciones sólidas con Managing Directors, Account Directors y clientes clave. Desarrollar y liderar estrategias de sourcing complejas a corto y largo plazo. Asegurar que todas las herramientas tecnológicas de sourcing se aprovechen en todas las cuentas asignadas. Experiencia y habilidades técnicas deseadas Más de 8 años de experiencia en sourcing estratégico para servicios o categorías indirectas relacionadas con servicios de instalaciones. Experiencia comprobada en gestión de personas. Ingles conversacional Licenciatura en Negocios o Gestión de Cadena de Suministro (preferido). MBA es un plus. Certificación CPM, CPSM o CPSD (preferido). Dominio de aplicaciones MS Office: Excel, Word y PowerPoint. Experiencia en e-procurement, preferiblemente Jaggaer. Habilidades excepcionales de negociación, liderazgo transformacional y pensamiento estratégico.
