Assistant Human Resources Manager

The Assistant Human Resources Manager (AHRM) plays a key role in supporting the HR Department by managing daily HR operations, payroll administration, learning and development, employee engagement, and compliance with HR policies. The AHRM will work closely with the Human Resources Manager on strategic initiatives, HR budgeting, improving audit performance, and achieving the hotel’s colleague heartbeat goals. As the second-in-command in the department, the AHRM assumes responsibility for the HR function in the absence of the HRM.
