Facilities Engineer

How you’ll make an impact

Lead facility upgrades, renovations, and layout modifications

Oversee maintenance, repairs, and system performance

Drive health, safety, and regulatory compliance

Partner with contractors and service providers

Monitor HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems

Implement sustainability and energy‑saving initiatives

Conduct inspections, track issues, and take corrective actions

Coach team members and support operational needs

Your background

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field

Several years’ experience in facilities engineering or building systems management

Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects independently

Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and safety standards

Experience coordinating contractors and maintenance teams

Strong communication, problem‑solving, and leadership capabilities
