Process Excellence Intern

• Assist in collecting process-related data through discussions, observations, and document reviews.
• Support the creation, preparation, and periodic review of policies, SOPs, work instructions, and process templates.
• Coordinate with relevant teams to gather data and clarify process details.
• Support administrative and documentation activities within the Process Excellence team.

Requirements

• Active college student or fresh graduate in System Information, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
• Basic understanding of business processes and documentation.
• Familiar with Microsoft Visio, Draw. io, or similar process diagramming tools.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and willing to learn.
• Willing to Work On-site in BSD, South Tangerang.
