About The Role

Our subsidiary (SOOR) is seeking a Cloud & Infrastructure, Engineer to manage, support, monitor, and secure enterprise application hosting environments while ensuring high availability, performance, and security.

Key Responsibilities

Strong experience in IIS, Windows Server, SQL Server, and application hosting.
Strong hands-on experience with IIS and SQL Server administration and troubleshooting.
Experience supporting web applications and production environments.
Ability to troubleshoot issues across network, security, application, and database layers.
Good knowledge of Windows Server, networking, web hosting, and cybersecurity controls.
Experience managing SSL certificates, IIS security, authentication, and access controls.
Familiarity with change management, incident management, and root cause analysis.
Experience with Apache, Tomcat, Java-based applications, APIs, load balancing, and WAF.
Knowledge of backup, disaster recovery, and recovery testing.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with cross-functional technical teams.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience.
Proven experience in similar projects.
