Quality Control Manager

• ● Monitor and improve the overall quality rating of agricultural products through customer feedback and internal assessments.
• ● Maintain a high level of compliance with industry regulations and certifications, with minimal incidents of non-compliance
• ● Continuously reduce the defect rate by implementing corrective and preventive actions.
• ● Achieve a 95% or higher success rate in both internal and external quality audits
• ● Decrease the cost of poor quality by identifying and addressing quality-related issues efficiently.
• ● Evaluate and improve the performance of the quality assurance team based on established performance metrics.
• ● Maintain complete and accurate records of quality control procedures, tests, and inspections.

Requirements

• ● Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, Agricultural Engineering, Food Science, or a related field.
• ● Proven experience 10 years in quality assurance and quality control, preferably in the agriculture industry.
• ● Strong knowledge of agricultural processes, quality standards, and regulations.
• ● Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• ● Proficiency in data analysis and statistical tools.
• ● Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• ● Knowledge of agricultural product testing methodologies.
• ● Familiarity with certification processes and quality management systems.
