Restaurant Counter Cashier

We are looking for a friendly and efficient Restaurant Counter Cashier to be the welcoming face of our brand. You will manage transactions, assist guests with orders, and ensure a smooth and positive experience from first contact to final payment.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and guide them through the menu
• Accurately process orders via POS system
• Handle cash, card, and digital payment transactions responsibly
• Communicate order details clearly to the kitchen team
• Address customer inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally
• Maintain a clean and organized counter and front-of-house area
• 1–2 years of cashier or customer service experience (restaurant preferred)
• Proficiency in using POS systems and handling payments accurately
• Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards
• Customer-first mindset with a cheerful and professional demeanor
• Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
