Safety and Disaster Manager

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Project Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE/HSE) Plan in line with DJB requirements and statutory regulations.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws such as Factory Act, BOCW Act, IS Codes, and local safety regulations.
• Conduct regular site safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
• Identify hazards related to excavation, trenching, confined spaces, pipeline works, lifting operations, and traffic management.
• Ensure proper use of PPE and safe work practices at all project sites.
• Monitor contractor and subcontractor compliance with safety standards.

Graduate having atleast 15 years of overall experience, out of which 5 years should be in water supply/ similar projects 

• Strong knowledge of safety legislation, standards, and best practices.
• Expertise in disaster management and emergency response planning.
• Leadership skills with the ability to enforce safety compliance.
• Excellent communication, reporting, and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and respond effectively during emergencies.
