Responsibilities

• Manage/Supervise daily warehouse operations
• Manage and lead warehouse staff
• Monitor inventory accuracy and stock levels
• Ensure timely receiving, storage, and shipping of goods
• Enforce safety procedures while applying Lean principles to improve operational efficiency and reduce waste.

Requirements

• Technical Education or a Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in warehouse supervision, inventory management, and procurement, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with suppliers and cross-functional teams.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven, with experience managing inventory, and warehouse operations.
• Fluent in written and spoken English, with strong analytical skills and the ability to prepare accurate reports and evaluate inventory and operational performance.
