About The Role

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a results-driven Program Manager to serve as the operationalbackbone of our SMB and ISV Cloud Sales Center (CSC) organization. In this role, you will design, launch,and measure sales campaigns that drive pipeline growth and revenue acceleration across 140+ sellersspanning multiple districts and <segments.You> will own the end-to-end campaign lifecycle — from identifying high-impact sales plays aligned to S-team priorities, through execution tracking, to closed-loop performance reporting that gives leadershipreal-time visibility into what's working and where to double down. You are the force multiplier thatenables 14 District Managers to stay focused on developing sellers and closing deals, while ensuringstrategic initiatives execute with programmatic rigor across the entire business.This role sits at the intersection of sales strategy, enablement, and operational excellence. You willpartner closely with front-line leaders, cross-functional teams (Partner, Marketing, SA, Product), andsenior leadership to turn high-level goals into actionable, repeatable sales motions that scaleKey job responsibilities- **Campaign Design & Launch**: Architect and launch sales campaigns/plays (e.g., product-led playsfor Kiro, AgentCore, IPMM; migration plays; partner-sourced plays) with clear targeting criteria, sellertalk tracks, execution timelines, and success metrics.- **Closed-Loop Reporting & Mechanisms**: Build and maintain campaign performance dashboardsand WBR/MBR reporting mechanisms that track adoption, pipeline created, conversion rates, andrevenue impact at the district and seller level.- **Cross-Functional Coordination**: Serve as the single-threaded owner for coordinating cross-orginitiatives — removing the coordination tax from DMs by driving alignment across Partner, Marketing,SA, Product, and Enablement teams.- **Enablement Content & Playbooks**: Develop seller-facing enablement assets (one-pagers, callguides, objection handling, competitive positioning) that accelerate ramp on new plays and ensureconsistent execution.- **Sprint Cadence Management**: Own the campaign sprint calendar — defining 2–4 week executionsprints, facilitating kickoffs, running mid-sprint inspections, and delivering retrospectives withactionable insights.- **Goal Execution Support**: Translate S-team goals and leadership priorities into district-level actionplans with clear owners, milestones, and escalation paths.- **Performance Analysis & Optimization**: Analyze campaign data to identify top-performing plays,rep-level execution gaps, and segment-specific patterns — then recommend adjustments to improveoutcomes in subsequent sprints.- **Stakeholder Communication**: Provide consistent, data-driven updates to senior leadership oncampaign health, emerging risks, and strategic recommendations.A day in the lifeYou start the morning reviewing campaign performance data, identifying which teams are on pace andwhere intervention is needed. Mid-morning, you're partnering with a District Manager and technicalresources to finalize targeting and messaging for an upcoming sales play. After lunch, you facilitate theweekly campaign standup — a fast-paced inspection cadence where leaders report on execution, sharewins, and escalate blockers. In the afternoon, you're building the closed-loop report that ties pipelineback to the campaigns that sourced it, drafting the narrative for leadership on what's working and whatneeds to <pivot.No> two days look the same, but the throughline is consistent: you're the connective tissue betweenstrategy and execution, ensuring the sales org runs with operational rigor while front-line leaders stayfocused on their sellers and deals.About the teamOur mission: **We help builders win. We operate with programmatic rigor — running sprint-based campaigns,measuring what matters, and iterating fast.
