Senior Financial Analyst, WWSO Finance

The AWS Worldwide Specialists Finance (WWSO) team is looking for a Finance Manager to collaborate with senior business and finance leaders in the Specialists organization. You'll spearhead data-driven investment decisions, financial planning, and controllership, directly impacting our global strategy and revenue growth.Key job responsibilities- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and analytics dashboards for WWSO Core leadership, including productivity metrics- Design and implement advanced financial models and analytical tools to support critical decision-making- Create and implement business mechanisms that are scalable to help your business partners make data-driven decisions- Conduct in-depth analysis and present findings directly to senior leaders- Lead the annual financial planning and budgeting processA day in the life- Support existing business review mechanisms (WBR, MBR etc.) and build new metric frameworks for Geo Specialist coverage. Work with teams on get-to-green plans, and measuring and assessing future risks.- Analyze key pipeline and productivity metrics to drive business investment and outcomesAbout the teamThis role sits within a deeply collaborative team that operates at the intersection of strategy and execution, forging senior-level business partnerships and enabling Go-To-Market solutions spanning the full portfolio of AWS Services and the corresponding Sales teams.
