Serve as a subject matter expert on commercial deal constructs. 5. Evaluate the economic and strategic costs and benefits of partnerships and work with appropriate leaders and across all functional areas of AWS to execute on the relationships. 6. Manage a team of senior deal makers by developing and cultivating a high performance culture that attracts and retains world-class talent.7.
