About The Role

What You'll Do

  • -
  • Meet and exceed quarterly and yearly predetermined goals and quotas, such as signed PTA partnerships, new customer activations, and promo code redemption rates
  • -
  • Execute energetic community marketing activations, pop-up events, and targeted customer acquisition campaigns with local institutions, including schools, PTAs, and hospitals
  • -
  • Help design and run creative, repeatable programs that successfully turn event attendees into first-time Favor users
  • -
  • Maintain a standard Monday–Friday schedule, with the regular flexibility to work weekends to support community events.
  • -
  • Act as the enthusiastic face of the brand, proactively approaching potential customers to explain Favor's features, benefits, and everyday value
  • -
  • Distribute marketing collateral and promotional codes to drive first-time app downloads and orders
  • -
  • Research, scout, and recommend upcoming local festivals, community events, and high-foot-traffic areas for future growth opportunities
  • -
  • Manage on-the-ground event logistics, including the setup, breakdown, and inventory management of all event kit and marketing materials
  • -
  • Collaborate directly with the Marketing and Operations teams to capture social media content during live events and share market feedback

Skills You Have

-

Bachelor's degree or comparable formal training, certification and/or work experience

-

1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a customer-facing role preferred

Ability to work a Monday–Friday schedule and remain on your feet for extended periods

Knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles

-

Time management and organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines with Google Suite

-

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a demonstrated ability to communicate via phone and email (both internally and externally) and experience creating and facilitating presentations. The ability to speak Spanish is a plus
