Lead the analysis, design, development, implementation, support, and administration of applications developed.
Contribute to the evolution of data-oriented architectures, enhancing data availability and democratization to optimize business decision-making.
Lead as PM or Functional role the rollouts and deployment of Backoffice and core solutions.
Guidance and support the platforms for the right governance and maintenance of the applications/solutions.
Guarantee the right assessment and controls related with Cybersecurity of the solutions in production and new in progress.
Design, control and maintain the budget related with his/her area.
Define., control and management of the internals service level agreements and the OLAS/SLAs with the vendors related with applications/solutions

Business Application Development: expansion of business application creation, development, and programming
Data Management: Maintenance of data integrity, reliability, and processing
Analyze business requirements for developing applications
Maintain and optimize application architectures integrated with existing information systems.
Business Analysis & Requirements: Working with stakeholders (internal/external) to define scope of some project work and detailed process understanding
Provide continuous support and perform updates on developed applications
Business Application Maintenance & Support: Support for LATAM IT operations of ongoing maintenance of enterprise applications
DevOps: Practices that emphasize the collaboration and communication of both software developers and IT professionals while automating the process of software delivery and infrastructure changes
Define, control and execution of the application lifecycle, with their maintenance and decommissions.
Business Reports & Analytics: Support for business intelligence and decision making
Lead the analytics and data management team, with all the initiatives for LatAm and platforms
Lead the paperless solutions with all the initiatives for LatAm and platforms

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Team management and development
Financial concepts
Power Platform Expertise:
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience managing applications areas, developing, deploying, and maintaining solutions.
Solid understanding of enterprise architecture principles, including design and implementation of ETL/ELT pipelines, API/Web Services development, and system integration.
Advanced proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL, with experience in working with relational database management systems such as Oracle and SQL Server. Ability to optimize queries for performance and scalability.
