About The Role

Job Description
To grow the HK base of customers through new customers acquisition as well as up selling to existing customer base in major accounts in Hong Kong with an objective to meet/exceed all business and revenue targets
Target light house accounts in the assigned market segment to ensure strong referenceability
Drive customer success through strong understanding of their business and ability to strongly engage the company's value proposition within those customer communities
Build up a sustainable and robust pipeline quarter by quarter and ensure accurate and rigorous forecasting and account planning
Maximize revenue potential in the Hong Kong market directly and in collaboration with partners and Alliances team
Manage the designated sector as a business; incorporating customers, prospects, partners, marketing and other available resources
In conjunction and strong collaboration with pre-sales, manage and deliver successful “Proof of Concepts”
Effectively manage and drive the sales cycle from prospecting through to successful closure
Engage and develop a strong network with decision makers/key influencers within the customer community and partner community
Act as an ambassador for the business in the Hong Kong market; lead and champion company's solutions in this strategically important business segment
Participate and act as spokesperson in trade show events, workshops and seminars as appropriate for the segment
Develop long term and trustworthy and collaborative relationships across all levels within the customer/partner/community

Degree or equivalent experience
Languages
Excellent verbal and written English and Cantonese skills
Experience
- (technical, commercial, industry / product / functional expertise, etc.)
- Proven experience of consistently over achieving in
- software solutions sales
- to large and mid-size companies
- Demonstrable experience calling on and selling to senior decision makers – in both business and IT
- Successful track record in Hong Kong
- Solid and credible relationships with key decision makers in respective market
- Experience working with System Integrators and other partners
- Ability to qualify and prioritize prospects, and generate opportunities through prospecting, networking and relationship building
- Strong negotiation skills
- Excellent communication, listening, presentation, and writing skills, both in English and Cantonese
- Strong business orientation and commercial acumen
- Results focused and ability to execute successful plans
- An outgoing, focused and organized person with a strong will to succeed
- Ability to thrive in a fast moving environment
- Mobility - 30 - 40% of travel time required
