Duties & Role

Software Development Support in Delivery of Integrated Command and Control (ICC) Related Gap Capability Work Packages

Skills, Knowledge & Experience

• The candidate must have a currently active NATO SECRET security clearance
• Recent experience in development, deployment, and maintenance of server-side logic:
• Proficiency in Java and Python,
• Solid SQL knowledge and data schema design,
• Good understanding of Git for code versioning, CI/CD with Jenkins/GitLab, rigorous automated testing,
• Experience with Linux operating system,
• Experience with container engines (Podman/Docker).
• Recent experience in translation of UI/UX designs into responsive web applications:
• Experience with web application frameworks like Angular or React
• Legacy application experience: debugging issues in older code bases, modernizing legacy systems.

Desirable

• Recent experience with Hibernate, Protocol Buffers, gRPC, Ansible, Kubernetes,
• Recent experience with event streaming platforms;
• Experience with Command and Control applications,
• Recent experience with Spring framework,
• Familiarity with ICC.
