Production Planner

The Production Planner is responsible for planning, coordinating, and optimizing the production process, ensuring on-time delivery of orders and efficient utilization of company resources.

Key Responsibilities

• Determine delivery timelines based on production capacity and workload
• Create detailed daily and weekly production schedules
• Monitor production order progress and adjust plans when necessary
• Coordinate with production, procurement, and warehouse departments
• Manage priorities and resolve issues affecting production flow
• Analyze production data and prepare reports (KPIs, productivity, delays)
• Handle urgent orders and last-minute schedule changes
• Maintain and update data in ERP / IMS systems

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• 2–3 years of experience in a similar role (preferably in an industrial environment)
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ERP / IMS systems
• Experience in the printing or manufacturing industry
• Familiarity with KPI reporting and data analysis
