SCM-PIE Engineer (Local)-Mianyang

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for factory layout planning and adjustment, preparation of process-related documentation, and improvement of product manufacturability;
• Plan product process routes and design tooling and fixtures;
• Optimize production processes, improve production efficiency, and reduce labor intensity;
• Drive process technology improvements and develop new manufacturing processes;
• Complete other tasks assigned by supervisors.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Automation, or related majors (educational requirements may be relaxed for exceptionally qualified candidates);
• Proficient in English reading and writing;
• More than 3 years of relevant work experience in equipment manufacturing, automotive final assembly, or related industries;
• At least 1 year of experience in new product introduction (NPI) and validation;
• Familiar with basic engineering analysis methods and knowledgeable about quality management systems;
• Strong self-motivation and ability to work under pressure
