About The Role

Leader – Business Development

Lead account identification, territory mapping, customer profiling, and account prioritization across target industries.
Conduct customer, market, and competitor research to generate actionable business intelligence.
Utilize tools such as Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Hoovers, Forrester, and eSpatial to gather and analyze market data.
Develop and maintain market intelligence reports, dashboards, and insights to support sales and industry strategies.
Present findings and recommendations to business stakeholders and leadership teams.
Manage, coach, and develop a team while driving performance and collaboration.
Ensure customer and market data is maintained accurately and in compliance with data privacy regulations.
Support strategic initiatives by identifying growth opportunities and emerging market trends.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or related field; MBA preferred .
7+ years of experience in market intelligence, sales operations, business development, or a related field.
Prior people management experience preferred.

Strong expertise in CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce .
Advanced analytical, research, and data interpretation skills.
Strong understanding of account planning, sales processes, and market intelligence.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and process-oriented mindset.
