On-call Security Guard

The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) is the UN's global development network, working in about 170 countries and territories. ln line with its 2026-2030 Country Programme, UNDP in Bosnia and Herzegovina (BIH) focuses on green, sustainable, and inclusive growth, on accountable and transparent governance and rule of law, as well as social cohesion.

Under the overall supervision of Head of Administration and direct supervision of Security Assistant, the Security Guard is responsible for ensuring a safe and secure environment and provides support to the surveillance of UN premises as well as the protection of staff and visitors. The Security Guard promotes a client, quality, and results-oriented approach.

The on-call security guard will be engaged on an as-needed basis to provide security support in response to operational requirements, without a guaranteed minimum number of working hours.
