Sales & Inventory Coordinator

• We’re looking for an Inventory & Sales Coordinator to join our VCM team.
• This is a hands-on, varied role combining customer service, retail, stock management, purchasing and administration.
• You’ll play a key part in making sure our clinic has the right products, our clients get great advice, and our retail operation continues to grow.

The Role

This is a full-time role with key responsibilities

• Keep stock moving - ordering, forecasting, stocktakes, inventory control and working with suppliers.
• Look after our clients - in clinic, on farm and over the phone, providing friendly service and knowledgeable product advice.
• Drive retail success - identify sales opportunities, support promotions, maintain great displays and work alongside our clinical teams.
• Keep things accurate - creditor invoices, payments, pricing and month-end administration.
