About The Role
Starting wage: $20.59 - $22.65 (wage commensurate with experience)
Skyward is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Administrative Assistant to support our Sales Department. This role includes coordinating meetings and events, managing reports and records, arranging travel, processing expenses, supporting customer communications, and providing day-to-day administrative support to our sales team.
What you’ll do
- Support the Sales team with a variety of administrative and operational tasks.
- Coordinate meetings, events, seminars, and travel arrangements.
- Manage reports, spreadsheets, purchase orders, and department documentation.
- Serve as a key point of contact for customers, vendors, and internal teams.
- Prepare communications, marketing materials, and other sales support resources.
- Ensure accuracy through detailed recordkeeping, proofreading, and follow-through.
What you’ll need
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience preferred.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Customer-focused with strong professionalism and discretion.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
