Social Worker (Substance Misuse)

This is an incredibly exciting time to join our service. We have launched Living Better Lives in Lancashire our new strengths-based vision for Adult Social Care. Through this we are embedding innovative practice that will make a real difference to the lives of people in our communities. We are looking for Social Workers (Substance Misuse) to join a small countywide Substance Misuse Team. The Substance Misuse Team sits within our Mental Health Social Care service. We are looking for someone with empathy and the drive to make a difference, finding creative ways to support people to achieve recovery and to live as independently as possible in a place they call their home.
