Intern – Quality Communications & Engagement

Join our Global Quality Team and help shape how we connect, engage, and communicate with employees across the organization.

This internship is ideal for a creative and motivated individual who enjoys storytelling, digital communications , video production, content creation, and employee engagement. You will support the development of communication campaigns, multimedia content, and engagement initiatives that help bring Quality to life across the organization.

You will also contribute to maintaining Quality Systems Documentation platform and supporting selected administrative activities

Quality Communications & Employee Engagement

• Create engaging content for internal communication channels, including articles, newsletters, announcements, infographics, videos, and social media-style posts.
• Support the planning and execution of global employee engagement initiatives, including the annual Quality Month Campaign.
• Develop creative communication concepts that make technical topics easy to understand and engaging for diverse audiences.
• Produce and edit videos, presentations, interviews, and other multimedia content.
• Monitor communication metrics and engagement analytics to help improve communication effectiveness.
• Collaborate with stakeholders from Quality and other functions across different regions to support communication activities and campaigns.

Quality Systems Support

• Support the maintenance and organization of Quality Systems documentation and related SharePoint content.
• Assist with publishing and updating procedures and training materials.
• Support reporting and data analysis related to training participation, communication effectiveness, and system utilization.

Your Background

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Demonstrated ability to create engaging content and tell compelling stories for different audiences.
• Experience using Canva, Clipchamp, Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Express, Premiere Pro, or similar content creation tools.
• Interest in employee engagement, internal communications or corporate communications
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools, including PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, and Excel.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret engagement data and recommend improvements.
• Interest in Quality, Quality Management System Standards, such as IATF 16949, AS 9100 is beneficial but not required.
