Du arbeitest nach klaren Vorgaben und trägst dazu bei, dass unsere Kits termingerecht, präzise und in höchster Qualität gefertigt werden. Deine Aufgaben Konfektionieren von Kits nach definierten Arbeitsanweisungen Dokumentieren aller relevanten Arbeitsschritte gemäß GMP‑ und Qualitätsrichtlinien Einhalten von Arbeitsschutz‑ und Hygienestandards Reinigen und Desinfizieren des eigenen Arbeitsbereichs Unterstützen bei regelmäßig wiederkehrenden Prozessschritten Melden von Auffälligkeiten im Arbeitsablauf Dein Profil Idealerweise abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung Sichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Grundkenntnisse im Umgang mit dem PC (MS Office) Bereitschaft zur Schicht- und Wochenendarbeit Hohe Teamfähigkeit sowie schnelle Auffassungsgabe Ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein und strukturierte Arbeitsweise Fähigkeit, nach vorgegebenen Prozessen zu arbeiten What we offer Bonus/Commission Local benefits Referral Program Volunteer Day Internal Academy (QIALearn) Employee Assistance Program Hybrid work (conditional to your role) Our people are the heartbeat of everything we do.
