Supervisor Patient Care Delivery RN - Part Time Night

Supervisor Patient Care Delivery RN at Providence Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital in Santa Rosa, CA. This position is Part-Time and will work 12-hour Night shifts.

Reports to the Director of Capacity Command Center and is responsible for the coordination of patient flow and supervisory activities of regional float staff, staffing office, and transfer center during their assigned shift. This position serves as a nursing resource in collaboration with ministry house supervisors, and intervenes in difficult situations regarding staffing decisions, the assignment of patients, and regional referral/transfer patients, as necessary. This position has the authority and responsibility to exercise "command decisions" in directing the flow and placement of patients throughout the NorCal Region and safety-related situations.
