Job Description

• Manage daily cash, including counting and reconciling funds
• Prepare and deposit cash to the bank
• Handle petty cash and record all transactions
• Process supplier invoices and ensure proper approval
• Prepare payments (transfer/check) on time
• Keep records of all payments and vendor accounts
• Assist with basic accounting reports and month-end closing

Qualifications

Diploma/Degree in Accounting or Finance

• 1–2 years experience (hotel experience preferred)
• Basic accounting knowledge
• Good with numbers and attention to detail
• Able to use Excel and accounting systems
• Good communication skills
