Three-Day Weekends: Our standard schedule is Monday – Thursday, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM . Work hard for four days and enjoy your Fridays off!

Key Responsibilities

• Precision Mowing: Operate commercial mowers, edgers, and weed eaters to maintain high-end curb appeal.
• -
• Property Maintenance: Perform general landscape labor, including debris cleanup and site detailing.
• -
• Equipment Care: Use and maintain landscaping tools safely and efficiently.
• -
• Teamwork: Follow the crew leader’s instructions and stay on track with the daily job schedule to ensure every property is finished to "Royal" standards.

• Logistics: Assist with the loading and unloading of equipment and materials at the shop and job sites.

What We’re Looking For

• -
• Reliability: You are punctual, dependable, and ready to work when the sun comes up.
• -
• Physical Stamina: You’re comfortable lifting, bending, and performing manual labor in various Missouri weather conditions.

• Positive Attitude: You work well with others and take pride in your work.
• -
• Experience: Prior landscaping or mowing experience is a big plus, but we are willing to train the right person with a great work ethic!

• Driver : Must have a valid Driver's license & be willing to drive company trucks.
