Description

Key reponsabilities

• Act as a trusted legal partner to business leaders and project teams, providing practical guidance on contractual and commercial matters.
• Support the execution of large\-scale projects by advising on legal risk, stakeholder obligations, and contractual commitments.
• Review and structure a variety of business arrangements involving clients, suppliers, partners, and subcontractors.
• Contribute to the resolution of complex legal issues arising during project delivery, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders as needed.

Profile

Successful candidate

• Master's degree in Law (Swiss qualification or equivalent); bar admission is considered an asset.
• Several years of experience as an in\-house counsel or legal counsel within construction, engineering, infrastructure, energy, or industrial environments.
• Strong expertise in contract negotiation, risk management, and project\-related legal issues.
• Fluency in English and French, both written and spoken.
