BI Specialist - Data Viz Consultant

You translate business needs into high-quality data solutions. You bring structure: definitions, models, principles, and dashboards that are correct, performant, and easy to adopt.

What you’ll do Analyse business needs and translate them into data models and KPI definitions Contribute end-to-end to BI initiatives: data platform design/implementation , ETL , dashboard development & maintenance Help establish and apply BI standards (governance, definitions, “single source of truth”) Engage with stakeholders: advise, align, challenge assumptions, and guide decisions Stay on top of BI/DataViz evolutions and share knowledge within the team

You are someone who… Takes ownership and enjoys solving problems end-to-end (that is why we are also looking for freelance colleagues) Communicates clearly with both business and technical stakeholders Works well in a team, while also being able to deliver independently Cares about quality: correctness, performance, maintainability, and clarity

Skills we’re looking for Must-have Experience with data platform and data modelling Solid understanding of data architecture Strong affinity with BI & data visualisation (dashboards that drive action) Nice-to-have Any experience with visualization tools such as Power BI Experience with Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) or Looker

Languages Fluent in Dutch or French , with a strong knowledge of English
