DUTIES

Prepare, season, and cook food as directed, meeting dietary requirements where required. Ensure that standards for food preparation are followed. Ensure food safe practices are being followed throughout the entire flow of cooking and preparing food. Clean kitchen and work areas. Support the creation of holiday menus.

REQUIREMENTS

High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Minimum 3 years of Culinary school degree or foreign equivalency preferred. A minimum of 5 years experience in foodservice or food preparation. Ability to manage multiple tasks with frequent interruptions. Be able to work under pressure and high pacing environment. Fast, efficient and positive attitude
