Identify and originate new investment opportunities in the real estate market Build and manage a portfolio of investors and key stakeholders Develop financial models and investment cases for complex transactions Conduct market research, trend analysis, and due diligence Advise clients on transaction structuring and investment strategies Prepare high-quality presentations and investment memoranda Collaborate with internal teams to execute deals end-to-end Contribute to the growth and positioning of the business unit

Relevant experience in finance, banking, real estate or investment advisory (3 to 8 years) Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities Commercial mindset with a track record of business development or deal-making Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to build relationships with senior-level stakeholders Proactive, ambitious, and results-driven personality Strong organisational and time management skills Bilingual Dutch and French, English is an asset
