About The Role

For our client in Zele, is AGO Ghent Food looking for a Receptionist to join our team in a meat processing company.

This role is in a 2-shift system

  • ๐Ÿ•’ Morning shift: 03:00 - 14:00
  • ๐ŸŒ™ Afternoon shift: 14:00 - 22:30
  • Handling paperwork and administrative tasks
  • Communicating with drivers and coordinating logistics
  • Managing emails and responding professionally
  • Processing CMR documents
  • Ensuring smooth reception operations
  • โœ”๏ธ Very good English skills (spoken & written)
  • โœ”๏ธ Strong organizational and communication skills
  • โœ”๏ธ Experience in a similar role is a plus
  • โœ”๏ธ Ability to work in rotating shifts
