team leaders to ensure the strategic alignment between Functional Tech Director and Sales Leadership being well executed.

- End-to End accountable for specific TECH portfolio for the Sales

- Initial Technology Escalation point for Geo Sales

Strategy

- Ensure Technology solutions are in alignment with Sales
Customer Operations
- business strategic initiatives

- Align, set and manage the GEO functional TECH portfolio and support Geo enterprise Portfolio review process
Portfolio Delivery
- Ø
- Integrate Local functional Technology initiatives into Global Functional Portfolio Planning and Monitoring processes
- Ø
- Drive, ensure and influence proper and qualified delivery of any Approved local function and Global Technology projects
Service Delivery
- Ø
- Ensure Technology Support activities are aligned to Sales
Customer Operations
- plans and activities and are meeting SLAs
- Ø
- Ensure initiatives exist to improve Service Delivery for the Sales
Customer Operations

Qualifications
Essential Technical & Business Skills

3
- years or more project experience with SAP E2E Order-to-cash processes and/or CRM E-commerce implementation
- ·
- 5 years or more experience with Project/Program Management
- ·
- 1-3 years’ experience with EDI Implementation and data integration between systems
- ·
- Good knowledge of E2E marketplace Order-to-cash flow processes in Retail Industry
- ·
- Good knowledge of Supply Chain Processes including execution and planning in Retail Industry
- ·
- Good Presentation skills is required (MS PowerPoint, Visio, etc.)
- ·
- Experience with Agile Methodology (run scrum) is preferred
- ·
- PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2 (PRojects IN Controlled Environments) certified is preferred

Academic Requirements
