Customer Service Representative

• For a client in Duffel we are looking for a temporary
• Customer Service Representative.

Responsibilities

• You process customer orders accurately, efficiently, and in a timely manner, while closely following up to ensure excellent customer service.
• You respond to customer inquiries and emails and ensure smooth communication with clients.
• You manage metal contracts and related administration.
• You handle customer complaints in a professional and solution-oriented way.
• You support the sales team with efficient administrative organization to guarantee continuity and high-quality customer support.

Profile

• You hold at least a bachelor’s degree, preferably in a commercial or administrative field.
• You have an excellent command of English and German. Additional languages are considered a plus.
• You are comfortable working with Microsoft Office applications; knowledge of SAP is an advantage.
• Experience in or affinity with an industrial environment is a strong asset.
• You are stress-resistant and able to work efficiently under pressure.
• You are customer-oriented, communicative, and a good listener.
• You are proactive, persistent, and able to think creatively when solving problems.
