Job Description

  • Coordinate and monitor
  • maintenance, repair, and small construction projects
  • , ensuring timely and efficient completion.
  • Log and track maintenance requests, technical works, and minor projects.

Liaise with

  • contractors, engineers, architects, and consultants
  • , managing schedules, deliverables, and project timelines.
  • Maintain organized records, including
  • contracts, warranties, permits, drawings, technical documentation, and maintenance logs

Assist in

  • obtaining quotations, evaluating proposals, and coordinating vendor appointments

  • Track service agreements, ensure compliance, and monitor project budgets.
  • Prepare and maintain
  • status reports, project updates, and technical documentation

  • Organize meetings, property inspections, and other project-related activities.

Ensure

  • health & safety regulations, building codes, and insurance requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Facilities Management, Architecture, or a related discipline)

Valid

Familiarity with

Fluent in

Greek and English

Proficiency in

Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

High level of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail
